Complaints

We very much hope that you are happy with our school. However, we recognise that there might be times when you wish to complain because you feel that things are not right.

In the first instance please come and talk with us, contact Miss Mather,  tell us why you are not happy and we will do our best to put things right.

Children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

Should a parent or carer have a concern about the additional provision made for their child  they should follow the school’s complaints procedure (see above). In the first instance parents are encouraged to discuss the issue with the class teacher. If the matter is not resolved satisfactorily parents have recourse to the following:
● discuss the problem with the SENCO / Headteacher who will liaise with the class teacher.
● more serious on-going concerns should be presented in writing to Chairman of the Governors, who will work in liaison with the SEN Governor.
Parents are informed about Information Advice and Support Services (formerly Parent Partnership)

If you need any further information please contact Miss Mather (Headteacher) or Tom Rose (Chair of Governors).
